Qaadir PP Pellets for Orthotic & Prosthetic 3D Printing

Description

Qaadir PP (polypropylene) pellets have been specially developed for extrusion-based 3D printing and has excellent 3D printing properties with extremely high layer adhesion, as well as low distortion and shrinkage. The Qaadir Pellets are available in quantities from 1kg and can be printed on almost all granular 3D printers.

The polypropylene (PP) granulate ‘P-pellets 310’ offers low warpage and shrinkage combined with extremely high layer adhesion and can be printed with almost all common granulate-processing 3D printers. The Pellets and the prints produced with it are very break-resistant, have very good mechanical properties, high chemical and temperature stability, as well as low frictional resistance. Due to its low density, it is excellently suited for lightweight construction.

Pre-Treatment of the Qaadir PP Pellets:

The Qaadir PP Pellets do not need to be dried before 3D printing and can be used without pretreatment.

Recommended printing parameters:
PP Pellets as pressure pad for high-quality results mandatory
Extruder temperature: 200 – 220 °C
Printing bed surface temperature: 20 °C (50 – 70 °C during the first layer, 100 – 110 °C for non-destructive removal after completion)
Installation room temperature: not necessary

Storage instructions:
To guarantee constant printing performance, the PP Pellets should be used and consumed as soon as possible after opening. It is best to store opened material at a temperature of 15 – 25°C and in a plastic bag or box to prevent dust contamination.
