Qaadir Vacuum Forming Workstation

Description

The Qaadir Vacuum Forming Workstation  is purpose-designed for prosthetic and orthotic (P&O) workshop environments. With its high-capacity vacuum system, mobile configuration, robust structure and electronic control interface, this station supports deep-draw processes, plastic forming and lamination under vacuum, as well as casting operations. Whether used for socket forming, thermoplastic sheet processing or mould lamination, the DR.5500 delivers performance and workflow efficiency.

Key Features

  • High Capacity Vacuum Pump & Tank: The unit features a 3,500 m³/h vacuum pump paired with a 50-litre vacuum tank for stable, sustained vacuum draw—ideal for large-format vacuum operations.

  • Electronic Control with Four-Way Vacuum Line: Includes a 4-way vacuum line manifold for simultaneous rigging of multiple forming stations or vacuum trays.

  • Workshop-Optimised Design: Built with sheet-metal construction, RAL 7035 & 7045 colour finish, mobile design (casters or otherwise) and 220 V / 50 Hz supply with CEE plug & socket for standard workshop power setups.

  • Deep‐Draw & Lamination Ready: Suitable for deep-draw forming, plastic sheet vacuuming, lamination and casting processes used in the P&O sector.

  • Sound‐Rated for Lab Use: Noise intensity level rated at approx. 65 dB, making it suitable for shared workshop environments.
