Shipping policy

Prices
Prices are Ex Works, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates, and exclude freight, insurance, import duties and taxes unless your quote states otherwise.

UAE deliveries
In-stock items are dispatched within 2 working days by courier.

International deliveries
We quote air or sea freight for each order and can ship to Incoterms such as DAP or DDP on request. Unless agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for import duties, customs clearance and any local product registrations.

Lead times
Lead times for non-stock items and equipment are confirmed on your quote.

Installation and training
Installation and training are quoted separately unless included in your quote.

Risk and damage in transit
Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. Please report any damage in transit within 7 days of delivery to support@qaadir.me.
