Description
The nora® Astral H heel sheet is a hard, highly resilient rubber material developed for orthopedic footwear, prosthetic, and shoe repair applications where strong support, durability, and long wear resistance are required. Manufactured from transparent rubber with a medium crepe profile (62 MEDIUM CREPE), Astral H provides excellent grip, stability, and shock resistance, making it particularly suitable for hollow heels and high-load heel constructions.
Thanks to its high hardness and elastic recovery, the material maintains its shape under repeated impact while offering reliable traction and long service life. The crepe surface profile improves flexibility and walking comfort while ensuring good adhesion when bonded to footwear components.
Astral H is easy to cut, grind, and bond, allowing efficient use in orthopedic shoe workshops, prosthetic laboratories, and footwear repair environments.
