Description
The nora® Lunasoft soling sheet, profile 97 pastille (mini non slip), is a lightweight expanded EVA material developed specifically for orthopedic shoe engineering, prosthetic footwear, and professional shoe repair. Lunasoft combines low weight with excellent abrasion resistance, providing a flexible and resilient soling material with high walking comfort and long service life.
This material is characterised by its low density, good elasticity, and high dimensional stability, making it suitable for footwear that requires both cushioning and durability. The well known pastille (mini non slip) profile has become a classic among lightweight soling materials. The non directional nora pattern ensures even wear, reliable grip, and a distinctive premium appearance that reflects the high quality of nora materials.
Lunasoft is easy to process in the workshop. The material can be cut, ground, bonded, and thermoformed without difficulty, allowing efficient use in both new shoe production and repair work.
