Description
The nora® Lunasoft soling sheet, profile 78 coarse wave, is a lightweight expanded EVA material developed especially for orthopedic shoe engineering, prosthetic footwear, and professional shoe repair. Lunasoft combines low weight with excellent abrasion resistance, providing a durable yet flexible soling material with high walking comfort.
With a hardness of approximately 50 Shore A and low density, the material offers an ideal balance between cushioning and stability. The resilient structure ensures good shock absorption while maintaining dimensional stability during daily use. The coarse wave profile provides reliable grip and flexibility, making the material suitable for both orthopedic footwear and leisure shoes.
The distinctive nora pastille profile has become a well known standard among lightweight soling materials. The non directional profile design allows uniform wear and contributes to the high quality appearance associated with nora premium products.
Lunasoft is easy to process in the workshop and can be bonded using standard EVA adhesives. The material is thermoformable and adapts well to different shoe constructions, making it suitable for both original manufacture and repair work.
