Description
nora® Lunatec combi 1 is a vulcanised composite expanded EVA sheet designed as a ready-to-use base material for orthopaedic insoles and foot beddings. The material combines proven nora® qualities that are permanently bonded during the manufacturing process, creating a stable and resilient composite sheet without the need for adhesive bonding.
The integrated cushioning layer made from nora® Lunalastik provides permanently resilient support with excellent shock absorption and stabilising function. This makes Lunatec combi 1 especially suitable for insoles exposed to higher mechanical stress, while still maintaining high walking comfort and long-term durability.
Because the layers are vulcanised together during production, the composite sheet offers consistent structure, reliable strength, and easier processing compared with glued materials. The material can be thermoformed directly without risk of layer displacement, bubble formation, or hardening caused by adhesive films.
