nora® Lunatec combi motion T2 Expanded EVA Sheets – Three Layer Cushioning Composite, Trimmed Edges

Description

nora® Lunatec combi motion T2 is a three layer vulcanised expanded EVA composite sheet developed for the manufacture of orthopaedic insoles and foot beddings for painful, pressure sensitive, and high risk feet. The material combines an extremely soft bedding layer with resilient cushioning and a stabilising base, permanently fused during manufacturing to create a secure multilayer structure without the need for adhesive bonding.

The upper layer made from nora® Lunatec motion provides very soft bedding properties and excellent absorption of shear forces during walking. This helps reduce stress on sensitive areas and improves comfort for patients with painful feet, rheumatic conditions, or diabetes. The lower layers provide permanent elasticity together with structural stability, ensuring that the finished insole maintains shape and support even under increased load.

Because the three layers are vulcanised together during production, the composite sheet offers consistent quality, clean processing, and strong bonding without displacement, glue lines, or hardening caused by adhesive films.
