The nora® Lunasoft SL Color smooth EVA sheets are lightweight expanded EVA materials designed for orthopedic, prosthetic, and footwear applications where cushioning, flexibility, and durable surface covering are required. This colour range offers the same performance as Lunasoft SL with the added advantage of bright, attractive colours, making it ideal for insoles, children’s footwear, prosthetic covers, and custom orthotic devices.
With a hardness of approximately 40 Shore A and low density, Lunasoft SL Color provides good shock absorption, high resilience, and excellent dimensional stability. The material remains flexible under load while maintaining shape, ensuring high walking comfort and long service life.
The closed cell structure makes the material hygienic, washable, and resistant to moisture absorption, which is especially important for medical and orthopedic use. The smooth surface allows easy bonding, trimming, and thermoforming, making it suitable for both structural and cosmetic applications.
