nora® Lunatec combi 2 Expanded EVA Sheets – Composite Cushioning Material, Trimmed Edges

Description

nora® Lunatec combi 2 is a vulcanised composite expanded EVA sheet designed for the manufacture of orthopaedic insoles and foot beddings requiring high cushioning, stability, and long-term resilience. The sheet combines two proven nora® materials that are permanently bonded during the manufacturing process, creating a reliable composite without the need for adhesive bonding during fabrication.

This combination integrates the soft bedding properties of nora® Lunairflex with the permanently resilient cushioning of nora® Lunasoft SLW. The result is a composite material that offers excellent pressure distribution together with durable support, making it particularly suitable for sensitive feet and medical orthotic applications.

Because the materials are vulcanised together at production stage, the composite sheet provides consistent strength, stable processing, and reliable performance without the risk of layer separation, bubbles, or hardening caused by adhesives.
