Qaadir Plus Belt Sander

Description

Heavy-duty professional swivelling belt sander designed for controlled sanding, shaping and finishing in prosthetic, orthotic and technical fabrication workshops.

The Qaadir Plus Belt Sander is a robust stationary sanding machine developed for demanding workshop applications. Its swivelling sanding assembly enables the working position to be adapted to different fabrication tasks, providing excellent access when shaping flat surfaces, edges and contoured components.

Designed for dry sanding of plastics, metals and wood, the machine is particularly well suited to P&O fabrication where reliable material removal and controlled finishing are required. The abrasive belt can be selected in different grit grades to provide anything from aggressive material removal through to finer surface finishing.

Key Features

  • Professional Swivelling Belt Design: Allows the sanding position to be adapted for different fabrication and finishing operations.
  • Heavy-Duty Stationary Construction: Stable floor-standing design for regular professional workshop use.
  • Wide Abrasive Belt: Provides an effective working surface for shaping and finishing larger components.
  • Two-Speed Operation: Available with 15 m/s and 30 m/s belt speeds, allowing the operator to select an appropriate speed for the material and operation.
  • Multi-Material Capability: Suitable for dry processing of plastic, wood and metal when used with the appropriate abrasive belt.
  • Efficient Material Removal: Suitable for sanding, shaping, roughing, bevelling and finishing operations.
  • Dust Extraction Connection: Designed for connection to a suitable extraction system to support a cleaner fabrication environment.
  • Interchangeable Abrasive Belts: Different abrasive grades can be selected according to the required material-removal rate and surface finish.
  • P&O Workshop Application: Ideal for finishing thermoplastics, orthotic components, prosthetic fabrication materials and general workshop components.
