Description
The nora® Lunasoft SL smooth EVA sheets are very lightweight expanded EVA materials designed for orthopedic, prosthetic, and footwear applications where cushioning, flexibility, and dimensional stability are required. These sheets are commonly used as lift materials, cushioning layers, and covering sheets in orthotic and prosthetic fabrication.
With a hardness of approximately 40 Shore A and low density, Lunasoft SL provides an excellent balance between softness and support. The material offers good shock absorption, reliable restoration after compression, and high walking comfort, making it suitable for insoles, foot beddings, soft sockets, and shaping elements.
The closed cell structure ensures the material remains hygienic, washable, and resistant to moisture absorption, which is important for medical and orthopedic use. Lunasoft SL can be easily cut, bonded, and thermoformed, allowing efficient workshop processing for both custom devices and repair work.
