Description
The nora® Lunasoft SLW smooth EVA sheets are lightweight expanded EVA materials developed for orthopedic footwear, prosthetic applications, insoles, and shock absorbing components. This grade offers an excellent combination of low density, high flexibility, and good resilience, making it ideal for cushioning, foot beddings, and soft orthotic constructions.
With a hardness of approximately 30 Shore A and very low density, Lunasoft SLW provides effective shock absorption while maintaining dimensional stability during use. The closed cell structure makes the material hygienic, washable, and resistant to moisture absorption, which is especially important for medical and orthopedic applications.
The smooth surface allows easy bonding, shaping, and finishing. The material can be thermoformed and adapted to different foot shapes, making it suitable for custom orthotics, prosthetic liners, and orthopedic shoe components.
