nora® Lunatec combiCAD 1 Expanded EVA Sheets – Composite Milling Material, Trimmed Edges

Description

nora® Lunatec combiCAD 1 is an advanced multilayer expanded EVA milling sheet developed for CAD CAM fabrication in orthotics, prosthetics, and orthopaedic footwear production. This innovative composite material combines three different EVA qualities vulcanised together during the manufacturing process, creating a stable, high performance milling blank without the need for adhesive bonding between layers.

The combiCAD construction is designed to combine the excellent milling behaviour of nora® Lunatec CAD materials with the functional advantages of vulcanised composite sheets. Because the layers are permanently fused during production, the material provides superior strength, consistent structure, and clean machining without irregularities caused by glue layers. This results in improved durability, better surface quality, and reliable mechanical performance in finished orthotic devices.
