nora® Lunatec combiCAD 2 Expanded EVA Sheets – Composite Milling Material, Trimmed Edges

Description

nora® Lunatec combiCAD 2 is a multilayer expanded EVA milling sheet designed for CAD CAM fabrication in orthotics, prosthetics, and orthopaedic footwear production. This composite material combines three different EVA qualities that are vulcanised together during the manufacturing process, creating a strong and reliable milling blank without the need for adhesive bonding between layers.

The combiCAD construction provides excellent milling behaviour together with optimised functional properties. Because the layers are permanently fused during production, the material offers consistent structure, high strength, and clean machining without irregularities caused by glue layers. This results in improved durability, better surface quality, and reliable mechanical performance in finished orthotic devices.
