Description
The Basinglead Truth-600 3D Printer is an industrial-grade large-format FDM printer designed specifically for the production of spinal braces, orthotic shells, and large custom rehabilitation devices. With an extra-large build volume of 600 × 600 × 1000 mm, the Truth-600 allows full-size torso orthoses, scoliosis braces, TLSO, and other large orthotic components to be printed in a single build, making it ideal for modern digital orthotics workflows.
The system features a fully enclosed chassis, dual Z-axis mechanical structure, and high-precision servo-driven motion control, ensuring stable printing even for tall or complex models. A closed air filtration system, power-loss recovery, and material-runout detection provide reliable long-duration printing, which is essential when producing large orthotic devices that may require many hours of continuous operation.
With support for flexible and rigid materials including TPU, PETG, PLA, and ABS, the Truth-600 enables production of lightweight, ventilated, and patient-specific braces using CAD/CAM and 3D scanning workflows.
