Description
The nora® Lunasoft SL Color Plus / Quattro expanded EVA sheets are lightweight, smooth EVA materials developed for orthopedic insoles, prosthetic applications, and footwear where both cushioning performance and an attractive appearance are required. These sheets feature multi-colour layered designs, making them ideal for insole top covers, sports orthotics, children’s footwear, and cosmetic prosthetic finishes.
With a hardness of approximately 40 Shore A and low density, Lunasoft SL Color Plus provides excellent flexibility, resilience, and dimensional stability while maintaining high walking comfort. The closed cell EVA structure makes the material hygienic, washable, and resistant to moisture, which is important for medical and orthopedic use.
The coloured layered construction allows visually appealing designs while maintaining the same mechanical properties as standard Lunasoft SL. The large sheet format is especially suitable for high-volume insole production and workshop fabrication.
