Description
The nora® Lunasoft SLW Trendline expanded EVA sheet is a lightweight, flexible cushioning material developed for orthopedic insoles, foot orthotics, and footwear applications where comfort, durability, and an attractive surface finish are required. This Trendline version features a patterned surface design, making it especially suitable as a top cover material for insoles and footbeds, combining functional performance with a modern appearance.
With a hardness of approximately 30 Shore A and low density, Lunasoft SLW Trendline offers excellent shock absorption, flexibility, and resilience while maintaining dimensional stability during daily use. The closed cell EVA structure makes the material hygienic, washable, and resistant to moisture absorption, which is important for medical and orthopedic applications.
The smooth patterned surface improves grip inside the shoe and enhances the visual quality of the finished insole, making it ideal for custom orthotics, sports insoles, and orthopedic footwear.
