nora® Lunatec CAD 25 is a soft expanded EVA sheet developed for CAD CAM milling applications where high cushioning performance and precise machining are required. With a hardness of approximately 25 Shore A and a density of around 0.12 g/cm³, this material provides excellent comfort, flexibility, and elastic recovery while maintaining sufficient stability for accurate CNC milling. It is ideal for soft orthotic insoles, comfort footbeds, and lightweight orthopaedic footwear components produced using digital workflows.
The uniform closed cell structure ensures clean cutting, smooth surface finish, and minimal tearing during machining. Trimmed edges allow accurate positioning in milling machines, making Lunatec CAD 25 suitable for both in clinic production and central fabrication environments.
