nora® Lunatec CAD 35 is a medium soft expanded EVA sheet developed for CAD CAM milling in orthotics, prosthetics, and orthopaedic footwear fabrication. With a hardness of approximately 35 Shore A and a density of around 0.20 g/cm³, this material offers a combination of flexibility, cushioning, and dimensional stability, making it ideal for milled insoles, orthotic blanks, and comfort focused components.

The material features a uniform closed cell structure that allows clean machining with smooth surface finish and minimal tearing. Trimmed edges ensure accurate positioning in CNC and CAD CAM milling systems, supporting consistent results in both in clinic and central fabrication workflows.
