Description
nora® Lunacell top cover sheets are high-density expanded EVA materials developed specifically as durable covering layers for orthotic insoles and footbeds. With a hardness of approximately 68 Shore A and a density of around 0.37 g/cm³, Lunacell provides exceptional rigidity, wear resistance, and dimensional stability, making it ideal for thin top cover applications where strength and longevity are required.
Available in both smooth and perforated finishes, Lunacell top covers offer excellent grip, clean finishing, and reliable bonding to EVA, cork, PU, and other orthotic base materials. The material is particularly suitable for high-stress insoles, work footwear, and orthopaedic applications where standard top cover materials may wear quickly.
