Description
nora® Lunairflex is a lightweight expanded EVA sheet designed for applications requiring soft cushioning with improved stability for medium load conditions. With a hardness of approximately 22 Shore A and a density of around 0.12 g/cm³, Lunairflex provides excellent resilience, good elastic recovery, and reliable comfort while offering more support than very soft EVA grades. It is well suited for inner shoe cushioning, orthotic insoles, and shaping elements where a balance between softness and durability is required.
The closed cell structure makes the material hygienic, washable, and resistant to moisture, ensuring long lasting performance in clinical and workshop environments. Lunairflex is available in smooth and perforated versions, allowing flexibility in multilayer constructions and improved bonding where required.
