Description
nora® Lunalastik is a resilient expanded EVA sheet designed for cushioning applications where good shock absorption, durability, and reliable elastic recovery are required. With a hardness of approximately 25 Shore A and a density of around 0.20 g/cm³, this material provides a balanced combination of softness and strength, making it suitable for orthotic insoles, foot beddings, and cushioning elements in orthopaedic footwear.
Lunalastik offers excellent restoration capability after repeated loading, ensuring long term comfort and performance. The closed cell structure makes the material hygienic, washable, and resistant to moisture, while its high tear resistance allows reliable use in both manual and CAD CAM fabrication. Smooth and perforated versions are available to support multilayer constructions and improved bonding.
