Description
The nora® Lunasoft SL Trendline expanded EVA sheets are lightweight, smooth EVA materials designed for orthopedic insoles, prosthetic applications, and footwear where cushioning performance and an attractive surface finish are required. The Trendline range features patterned and multi-colour designs, making it especially suitable for insole top covers, sport insoles, children’s footwear, and cosmetic prosthetic applications.
With a hardness of approximately 40 Shore A and low density, Lunasoft SL Trendline offers excellent flexibility, resilience, and dimensional stability while maintaining high walking comfort. The material provides reliable shock absorption and good recovery after compression, making it suitable for both functional and cosmetic layers.
The closed cell structure ensures the material is hygienic, washable, and resistant to moisture, allowing safe use in medical, orthopedic, and prosthetic devices. The smooth patterned surface gives a high quality appearance while remaining easy to bond, cut, and thermoform in the workshop.
