nora® Lunatec CAD 30 is a soft expanded EVA sheet designed for CAD CAM milling applications where cushioning, flexibility, and precision machining are required. With a hardness of approximately 30 Shore A and a density of around 0.15 g/cm³, this material provides excellent comfort properties while maintaining sufficient stability for accurate CNC machining. It is well suited for milled orthotic insoles, comfort footbeds, and lightweight orthopaedic footwear components.
The uniform closed cell structure allows smooth cutting with minimal tearing, producing clean edges and consistent surface quality. Trimmed edges ensure accurate alignment in milling machines, making the material ideal for both in clinic and central fabrication digital workflows.
