nora® Lunatec Motion 20 is a soft expanded EVA sheet designed for orthotic and orthopaedic applications requiring effective cushioning, pressure relief, and resistance to shear forces. With a hardness of approximately 20 Shore A and a density of around 0.18 g/cm³, this material provides excellent bedding properties while offering greater stability than ultra soft EVA grades. It is particularly suitable for patients requiring high levels of comfort together with reliable support, including heavier users and those with sensitive or painful feet.
The material absorbs both vertical and horizontal load, helping to minimise shear forces that can cause irritation, pain, or skin damage. Its closed cell structure makes it hygienic, durable, and washable, making it ideal for long term clinical use.
