Description
The Qadam Rectangular Mineral-Oil Gel Pad with Hook Backing is a soft, rectangular gel pad that may help offload pressure and absorb shock and shear forces. Its soft gel formulation makes it suitable for use anywhere on the body.
The pad is made from a mineral-oil-infused polymer gel. The gel slowly releases medical-grade mineral oil, which is designed to soften and moisturise the skin while the soft polymer cushions against pressure and friction. A hook backing allows it to be attached to loop-compatible surfaces in braces, splints and orthoses.
Each pad measures 101.6 x 152.4 mm, giving a larger padding area that can be positioned to suit the device, and is available in 3 mm or 6 mm thickness.
