nora® Lunatec combi 3 Expanded EVA Sheets – Composite Cushioning Material, Trimmed Edges

Description

nora® Lunatec combi 3 is a vulcanised composite expanded EVA sheet designed for the manufacture of orthopaedic insoles and foot beddings requiring durable cushioning, stability, and long-term resilience. The material combines two proven nora® EVA qualities that are permanently bonded during the manufacturing process, creating a reliable composite sheet without the need for adhesive bonding during fabrication.

This combination integrates the permanently resilient cushioning properties of nora® Lunalastik with the supportive and durable characteristics of nora® Lunasoft SLW. The result is a composite material that offers excellent pressure distribution together with stable support, making it particularly suitable for diabetic, geriatric, and rheumatic foot care where both comfort and durability are required.

Because the layers are vulcanised together during production, the composite sheet ensures consistent strength, clean processing, and reliable performance without the risk of layer displacement, bubble formation, or hardening caused by adhesive films.
