nora® Lunatec combi 4 Expanded EVA Sheets – Composite Cushioning Material, Trimmed Edges

Description

nora® Lunatec combi 4 is a vulcanised composite expanded EVA sheet developed for orthopaedic insoles and foot beddings requiring soft bedding comfort together with permanently resilient cushioning. The sheet combines two proven nora® EVA materials that are permanently bonded during the manufacturing process, creating a stable composite without the need for adhesive bonding during fabrication.

This combination integrates the soft bedding properties of nora® Lunairflex with the durable cushioning performance of nora® Lunalastik. The result is a composite material designed for sensitive feet exposed to higher mechanical stress, providing excellent pressure distribution, reliable resilience, and long-term comfort. The material is especially suitable for diabetic, geriatric, and rheumatic foot care, where both cushioning and structural support are required.

Because the layers are vulcanised together during production, the composite sheet ensures consistent strength, clean processing, and reliable performance without the risk of layer displacement, bubble formation, or hardening caused by adhesive films.
