nora® Lunatec combi 5 is a vulcanised composite expanded EVA sheet developed for the production of thin, permanently resilient orthopaedic insoles and cushioning components. The sheet combines two proven nora® EVA materials that are permanently bonded during the manufacturing process, creating a stable composite without the need for adhesive bonding during fabrication.
This material combines the durable cushioning properties of nora® Lunalastik with the resilient support of nora® Lunasoft SLW, resulting in a lightweight composite sheet that offers excellent comfort, reliable shock absorption, and long-term elasticity even in thin constructions. The combination is especially suitable for insoles that require high flexibility together with permanent resilience.
Because the layers are vulcanised together during production, the composite sheet provides consistent strength, clean processing, and reliable performance without the risk of layer displacement, bubble formation, or hardening caused by adhesive films.
