nora® Lunatec combi 7 Expanded EVA Sheets – Composite Cushioning and Stabilising Material, Trimmed Edges

Description

nora® Lunatec combi 7 is a vulcanised composite expanded EVA sheet designed for the efficient manufacture of orthopaedic insoles, foot beddings, and soft orthotic components requiring a combination of cushioning comfort and structural stability. The sheet combines two proven nora® EVA materials that are permanently bonded during the manufacturing process, creating a secure composite without the need for adhesive during fabrication.

This combination uses nora® Lunasoft SLW as a permanently resilient cushioning layer together with nora® Lunasoft SL as a stabilising layer. The result is a composite sheet that provides soft bedding, reliable support, and excellent durability, making it suitable for orthopaedic, prosthetic, and rehabilitation applications, especially for diabetic, geriatric, and rheumatic foot management.

Because the layers are vulcanised together during production, the material offers consistent strength, clean processing, and reliable performance without displacement, bubble formation, or hardening caused by adhesive films.
