nora® Lunatec combi cork 1 Expanded EVA Sheets – Cork Composite Stabilising Material, Trimmed Edges

Description

nora® Lunatec combi cork 1 is a vulcanised composite expanded EVA sheet developed for the manufacture of durable orthopaedic insoles and foot beddings requiring a combination of resilient cushioning and strong stabilising support. The sheet combines a permanently resilient EVA cushioning layer with a high cork content stabilising layer, permanently fused during manufacturing to create a secure composite without the need for adhesive bonding.

The stabilising layer contains a high proportion of cork, providing excellent rigidity and long term dimensional stability, making the material ideal for orthopaedic insoles that must withstand high mechanical stress. The upper cushioning layer made from nora® Lunalastik offers permanently resilient comfort together with a slightly roughened, velvety surface that is well suited for attaching leather covers or top layers.

Because the layers are vulcanised together during production, the composite sheet provides consistent quality, clean processing, and reliable bonding without displacement, bubble formation, or hardening caused by adhesive films.
