Description
nora® Lunatec combi motion 1 is a vulcanised composite expanded EVA sheet designed for orthopaedic insoles and foot beddings requiring maximum cushioning together with reliable stabilising support. The material combines an extremely soft bedding layer with a firm stabilising base, permanently bonded during the manufacturing process without the need for adhesive.
The upper layer of nora® Lunatec motion provides very soft bedding properties and excellent absorption of shear forces generated during walking. This helps reduce stress on the musculoskeletal system and can significantly improve comfort for patients with painful or sensitive feet. The stabilising base layer of nora® Lunasoft SL ensures that the insole maintains its shape and function even under increased load.
Because the layers are vulcanised together during production, the composite sheet offers secure bonding, clean processing, and consistent quality without displacement, bubble formation, or hardening caused by adhesive films.
