nora® Lunatec combi 6 Expanded EVA Sheets – Composite Cushioning and Stabilising Material, Trimmed Edges

Description

nora® Lunatec combi 6 is a vulcanised composite expanded EVA sheet developed for the production of sporty, durable, and stabilising orthopaedic insoles and foot beddings. The sheet combines two proven nora® EVA materials that are permanently bonded during the manufacturing process, creating a strong composite without the need for adhesive bonding during fabrication.

This material combines the permanently resilient cushioning properties of nora® Lunasoft SLW with the stabilising strength of nora® Lunasoft AL. The result is a composite sheet that provides excellent comfort together with reliable support, making it ideal for modern insoles, sports orthotics, and applications where both flexibility and structural stability are required.

Because the layers are vulcanised together during production, the composite sheet ensures consistent strength, clean processing, and reliable performance without the risk of layer displacement, bubble formation, or hardening caused by adhesive films.
