Description
nora® Lunatec combi 8 is a vulcanised composite expanded EVA sheet developed for the efficient production of sporty, durable, and stabilising orthopaedic insoles and foot beddings. The sheet combines two high performance nora® EVA materials that are permanently bonded together during the manufacturing process, ensuring secure strength without the need for adhesive bonding during fabrication.
This composite combines the permanently resilient cushioning properties of nora® Lunatec EP with the strong stabilising support of nora® Lunatec SE. The result is a material that offers excellent elastic recovery, reliable structural stability, and high durability, making it ideal for modern orthotic insoles, sports insoles, and applications where both comfort and support are required.
Because the layers are vulcanised together during production, the composite sheet provides consistent quality, clean processing, and reliable performance without the risk of layer displacement, bubble formation, or hardening caused by adhesive films.
