Description
The nora® Lunatec EP expanded EVA sheet is a lightweight, resilient cushioning material designed for orthotic, prosthetic, and orthopedic footwear applications where reliable shock absorption, durability, and hygienic performance are required. Manufactured from high-quality EVA with specially enhanced additives, Lunatec EP offers excellent restoration capability, low compression set, and long-lasting cushioning even under repeated load.
With its closed-cell structure and smooth surface, the material is resistant to moisture absorption and easy to clean, making it ideal for hygienic use in inner shoes, prosthetic components, and orthotic devices. The combination of low weight and high resilience makes Lunatec EP particularly suitable for applications requiring comfort together with medium structural strength.
Lunatec EP can be easily bonded, thermoformed, and machined, allowing efficient use in both traditional workshop fabrication and modern CAD/CAM workflows.
